1. Design Assets
We will need you to provide one of the below, depending on your situation:
Image assets
If Funraisin is designing the site; See below our sizing guide which will provide you with all our required image asset requirements.
Design Templates
If your agency is designing the site; download our design PDF which will provide you with all our standard elements in PSD format.
2. Brand Guidelines
If you're able to supply existing Brand Guidelines, or any of the below to help our designers create your website:
- A document outlining your charity's design requirements
- Brand fonts (TTF, OTF, WOFF files preferred)
- Logos (PNG or SVG files preferred)
- Primary and secondary colours, and any additional accent colours your brand uses
3. Copy
Copy of each content page and homepage.
4. Event/DIY theme/Page requirements
In your assigned google drive, you will have access to the Statement of Work. This document outlines your requirements for the Event/DIY theme including what fields you want available to show the user journey for the event. Feel free to provide us these requirements from your internal brief in a separate document.
5. Signed Project Outline and Subscriber agreement
The project outline ensures we know the requirements for your site and will serve as clear objectives for the Implementation team to action.
Once you have all of this ready to go, pop it into the Google Drive provided by Funraisin and we'll get started on building your site.
